After much anticipation we can start: first five minutes of Stranger Things' final season unveiled.
The final installment of the streaming giant's paranormal phenomenon the show is expected to be among the most anticipated releases of 2024. Part one airs on the 27th of November, however a sneak peek of the spine-tingling initial moments has been shared online.
The Crawl: A Flashback to the show's origins
The episode, titled the opening chapter, transports viewers to the origins of the story in 1983, in the wake of the vanishing of the young character.
"What should I do—stay or go?" the character hums in an effort to remain composed in the Upside Down.
The situation rapidly turns horrifying the moment a monstrous creature materializes and drags the boy to the lair of the villain. "After all this time, our work can start," he tells the captive while sending a vine through his esophagus. "You and I, we will accomplish incredibly wondrous deeds together."
Release Schedule and Theater Showings
Part two of the ultimate installment will air on December 26, and the last chapter available on New Year's Day – additionally set for shown in select movie theaters.

The summary reads: "The fall of the late '80s. The town bears the marks by the opening of gateways, and the protagonists join forces by a shared mission: locate and eliminate Vecna. But he has disappeared – his whereabouts and schemes a mystery. Adding to their mission, officials has enforced the town under military quarantine and stepped up its hunt for the character, pushing her to go underground. As the yearly mark of the event draws near, arrives a heavy, recognizable anxiety. The last showdown is looming – and accompanying it, an evil stronger and more deadly than anything they have encountered before. To stop this nightmare, it will take each person – the entire group – united, one last time."
Creator Comments
The unexpected preview was posted online subsequent to the series' LA debut recently, which was attended by the stars like one of the main stars and her co-star.
"The scale of this installment has increased … It's more action and increased visual effects, yet it's also by far the most poignant series since it concludes of the story for all of these characters," the show's executive producer, commented of the last chapters.
The co-producer and co-creator, added: "Launching it for audiences is nerve-racking, however we are prepared to finally show it."
