This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for cartography beginners since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
